By using the MomsyCare platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which govern your access to and use of our services. These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the platform signifies your acceptance of any changes.
MomsyCare is a service aggregation platform that connects clients with baby caretakers and Japa maids. We do not directly employ the service providers (maids). Instead, we act as a facilitator, enabling customers to engage with independent care providers who have undergone basic background verification.
A Non-Refundable Booking fee is required to initiate the shortlisting process. The booking fee is adjusted against the total contract cost but is not refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations by the customer.
All payments made to MomsyCare are inclusive of applicable taxes (18% GST).
Final payment is due only after maid selection and prior to deployment.
Shortlisting begins after receipt of the booking fee and submission of the requirement form. The average shortlisting and deployment time ranges from 2 to 15 working days, depending on maid availability, location, and job profile.
Maid profiles will be shared via audio or video call. Deployment is initiated only after final confirmation and payment by the customer.
Our services are provided Under 6-Month and 12-Month Contracts. Customers are entitled to a Maximum of 4 free Replacements during the contract period.
A 15-Day Free Look Period is provided after deployment. Any replacement requested within this period will not be counted towards the 4 replacement limit. Replacement timelines range from 2 to 15 working days.
Note: Maids are not expected or permitted to perform general household work like mopping, dishwashing, or cooking unless pre-agreed in writing.
Customers must treat maids with dignity, provide a safe environment, and ensure timely rest and meals. Any form of harassment, delay in salary, or exploitation will lead to blacklisting of the customer from future services.
MomsyCare holds no responsibility for conflicts arising post-deployment between customer and maid. However, support for resolution is available via our relationship manager.
All payments, including the initial booking fee and full contract fee, are non-refundable under any circumstances. Once a maid is deployed or profiles are shared, customers are only eligible for maid replacement as per our defined terms, not monetary refunds.
By completing payment, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this non-refundable policy. Refund requests will not be entertained in cases of dissatisfaction, change of mind, or partial usage of the service.
All maids undergo Police Verification, ID verification, and reference checks.
Verified documents will be shared with the customer within 48 working hours of maid deployment.
MomsyCare reserves the right to Terminate service without Notice in cases of customer misconduct, false accusations, or policy violations.
Customers may terminate the service, but No Refund shall be issued.
MomsyCare is not liable for any theft, damage, or criminal activity caused by the maid post-deployment.
We facilitate connections and do not bear legal responsibility for third-party actions.
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Dwarka New Delhi, India.
Customers agree to approach MomsyCare support first for grievance redressal. Legal action can be initiated only after exhausting internal resolution processes.
